How do I get a FREE Home Inspection ??

Simply do it yourself with these easy tips

1) Using a ladder, climb up onto the roof and check the condition of the chimney, gutters and shingles. Don't touch the incoming electrical service entrance and don't fall off.

2) Lift yourself into the attic and check for leaks, insulation and electrical hazards. Beware of the creepy crawlies and don't fall through the ceiling.

3) Put on your overalls and inspect underneath the house. Don't get stuck and watch out for those creatures that go bump in the night.

NOTE: if the house has a concrete slab foundation, omit this step.

4) Open up the electrical panel to determine its capacity and if it is installed correctly. Don't get zapped - you might be in for a shocking experience

5) Experience is the best teacher. Since you want the best inspection possible for your new home, spend a bunch of years inspecting other homes first. This will give you time to become a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors^®.
